Who owns the content
Everything I publish here, including the posts, recipes, text, photos, pin images and graphics, belongs to me unless I’ve said otherwise. I put a lot of effort into writing it from my own experience of living with chronic illness, and these terms are there to protect that work.
What you’re welcome to do
- Share a link to any post or page on social media, in a message or in a newsletter.
- Pin or share my images on Pinterest or social media, as long as they link back to the original post on this site.
- Quote a short excerpt, a sentence or two, as long as you credit ChronicAndChill and link to the post it came from.
- Print a recipe or post for your own personal use at home.
What I need you to ask me about first
- Copying or republishing a whole post, recipe or section of text on another website, blog, app, newsletter or video.
- Using my photos or graphics anywhere other than as a pin or share that links back to the post.
- Editing, cropping or removing credit from my images, or presenting my work as your own.
- Selling my content or using it in anything you sell.
- Collecting my content in bulk, including copying it automatically or using it to train AI tools.
To ask for permission, please send me a message through the Contact page and tell me what you’d like to use and where it will appear. I read every request and I’m happy to say yes to anything that credits me properly and fits the spirit of the site.
My products
The planners and other digital products I sell on Payhip and Etsy are covered by the licence terms in each listing. Buying a product doesn’t give you the right to resell it, share it or pass it on as your own.
